Under ActiveScript, Vendors and suppliers of an organization can quickly send their invoices through email, all emails can be directly pushed to ActiveScript for further processing. For managing volumes, invoices can be uploaded through Portal also. An executive can check if all required documents are in place. If not, then the process can be easily put-on hold and an email can be sent to the vendor/ supplier. Once you receive pending documents, the process can be resumed for completion. You can utilize the Annotation feature to add notes and remarks without compromising the authenticity of the document. It can be sent to the next person for approval and can then be checked manually with the original PO in ERP. Finally, all these documents can be archived for future usage and audit. Hence automating all the document process and reducing turnaround time.
